Itinerary

Reception and Spiritual Connection Upon arrival in Huilloc, the community members will welcome you with the sound of the pututo and traditional melodies. The Andean Priest (Willac Uma) will receive you personally, marking the beginning of a connection experience with the energy of the place. Before starting, a muña tea will be shared for acclimatization and digestion.

Transformation and Identity As a sign of respect and brotherhood, participants will be invited to wear the traditional garments of the community. These hand-woven blankets and ponchos are not just clothing, but symbols of Huilloc's identity that will allow you to participate in the ritual as one more member of the Andean family.

Walk to the Sacred Altar We will take a gentle walk of approximately 15 minutes toward a specific point on the mountain, chosen for its energy charge and its connection with the landscape. This journey serves as mental and physical preparation for the ritual that is about to take place.

Pago a la Pachamama Ceremony (Mother Earth Offering) Under the guidance of the priest or shaman, the Pago a la Madre Tierra will be performed. During the ritual, symbolic elements such as coca leaves, seeds, and flowers are used to give thanks and make requests for health, prosperity, and protection. It is a moment of silence, respect, and deep spirituality.

Typical Lunch and Closing After the ceremony, we will return to the community to enjoy a typical lunch made with local products. This final time allows for sharing impressions with the priest and the community members before concluding the visit.
